A Class 9 student was abducted from school, raped and dumped outside her home in Bichhiwara village in Rajasthan’s Dungarpur district earlier this week.
The incident occurred on January 24, when the survivor had gone to school with her brother. When she came out during lunch break, a class 12 student studying in the same school forced the girl onto his motorbike and drove off.
The main accused, a resident of Amjhara, took the minor to a forested area and raped her for hours. In the evening, he dumped the traumatized girl outside her home, wounding her further.
The girl’s family rushed her to a hospital since she was bleeding profusely. There, she related her ordeal to her family members. Her father then approached the police to lodge a complaint.
