Rajasthan bypoll: Independent candidate withdraws nomination from Sahara seat, alleges BJP pressurised him

Ladulal Pitalia, an independent candidate, has withdrawn his nomination for the Sahara Assembly seat of Rajasthan's Bhilwara and alleged that the BJP was "pressurising" him.

Ladulal Pitalia, an independent candidate, has withdrawn his nomination for the Sahara Assembly seat of Rajasthan's Bhilwara and alleged that the BJP was "pressurising" him. Pitalia, who withdrew his nomination from theSahara Assembly seat, has also written a letter to Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and sought protection for his family. He alleged that he is being "pressurised" by the BJP to withdraw his nomination. Following this, a war of words ensued between BJP and Congress in Rajasthan over Pitalia's withdrawal of nomination.
