Former India opener Wasim Jaffer has presented his “unpopular opinion” about why Rahul Dravid should not become the full-time head coach of the Indian squad.
Former India opener Wasim Jaffer believes Rahul Dravid should not become the full-time head coach of the Indian squad as his mentorship and guidance are more needed at the U19 and India A level for the young cricketers. Dravid is currently the head coach of the Shikhar Dhawan-led Indian team that will play three ODIs and as many T20Is against hosts Sri Lanka in Colombo starting July 13. Speculations are rife that Dravid will be monitored closely by the BCCI officials and he may be next in line to coach the national team, as incumbent coach Ravi Shastri’s contract comes to an end this year. However, Jaffer has presented his “unpopular opinion” about why Dravid should not become the full-time head coach of the Indian squad, in his YouTube video.More Related News
