Rahul Bajaj has resigned as the chairman of Bajaj Auto. Niraj Bajaj has been appointed as the new chairman of the company with effect from May 1.
Rahul Bajaj has resigned as the chairman of Bajaj Auto, said the company in a regulatory filing on Thursday. The company announced that Bajaj will step down as the non-executive director and chairman of Bajaj Auto with effect from April 30, 2021. Rahul Bajaj has been named the Chairman Emeritus of Bajaj Auto for five years, the company added. Niraj Bajaj, a non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as the new chairman of Bajaj Auto with effect from May 1, 2021.More Related News
