R Ashwin says never asked ICC to relax 15-degree rule for bowling doosra: I will never say such a thing

Ashwin's clarification came in response to media reports saying that he appealed to the International Cricket Council (ICC) to relax the rule on his Youtube channel. 

Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin clarified that he has not appealed for the relaxation of the International Cricket Council's (ICC) 15-degree elbow flexion rule while bowling the "doosra". Really?? Pls don’t carry wrong stuff!! I will never say such a thing.
