QU launches first MSc in Health Professional Education

QU Health cluster graduate programmes office has launched the first Master of Science and Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education (HPE) from Qatar University (QU). It is the result of a joint effort of the QU Health Cluster members: College of Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy, College of Medicine, and College of Dental Medicine with input from the College of Education and external stakeholders, including Hamad International Training Center and the Medical Education Department at Hamad Medical Corporation.
The programme aims to deliver a high-quality, progressive co-educational graduate program that prepares competent graduates with the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to improve health professional education and associated research that actively contributes to society’s needs and aspirations. The programme is designed with future students in mind. The courses are designed to be flexible to fit the needs of healthcare professional’s busy calendars. Each course will provide the necessary underpinning of theories, principles, models, and frameworks of design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation to improve your teaching practices, whether at the bedside or in a classroom.More Related News
