QSTP opens admissions to QF's Arab Innovation Academy Program

Doha: Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), part of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, announced that admissions to Arab Innovation Academy (AIA) is open to university and graduate students in the Middle East and North Africa.

"Anyone can come up with a new idea; the real challenge lies in turning that concept into a viable product or business. The Arab Innovation Academy program from Qatar Science & Technology Park part of Qatar Foundation Research, Development & Innovation is helping young people do just that," QSTP said. The innovation program, which is open to students pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies within the Arab region, aims to equip participants with the skills and tools to be able to turn an idea into a start-up in just 12 weeks, it said, adding that with the fourth edition of the Arab Innovation Academy (AIA) program set to take place virtually from August 31 to November 23, the deadline for applications will close on August 15.
