QMD warns of strong wind; Mesaieed records 7.6 mm rainfall last night

Doha: The latest satellite and radar images indicate partly cloudy weather over the country and observing varying intensity of rain in the south and southeast parts of the country, thundery at times with strong winds today, stated Qatar Meteorological Department (QMD).
There are no warnings for weekend. On Friday and Saturday QMD said it will be hot during the day and mild at night. It further added that automatic stations of the Meteorological Department, recorded the highest amount of rain from last night until now is 7.6 mm in Mesaieed city. It recorded 6.9mm in AlKaranah, 5.1mm in Mukaines, 4.5mm in Sealine, 2.5mm in Rawdat Rashid and less than 1mm in Doha and its environs.More Related News
