Qatari medical aid arrives in India to cope with Covid-19 pandemic
A shipment of medical aid from Qatar to India arrived at New Delhi airport on board the Qatari Amiri Air Force aircraft to support India's current efforts to address the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Qatari aid was received at New Delhi Airport by HE Director of the Gulf Division at the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India Avtar Singh, Acting Charge d'Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to India Ali bin Mohammed Al Badi, and Second Secretary of the Qatari Embassy in India Rashid bin Ali Al Marri. The Qatari aid to India contained therapeutic drugs, medical devices, and various medical consumables, the most important of which are 4,300 Remdesivir for injection, 200 oxygen concentrators, and 40 ventilators.
