Qatar University opens application for student financial aid services

Qatar University (QU) has announced the opening of applications for student financial aid services for the fall 2022 semester for undergraduate students who are facing financial difficulties in covering their educational expenses. The first application period begins on August 21 until September 1.
University students who meet the conditions for applying for monthly aid service, exemption from transportation fees, emergency aid, and financial aid programmes financed by external institutions can apply during this period.
As for the external institutions concerned, they are the Jassim and Hamad Bin Jassim Charitable Foundation, which offers a rewards program and a university student support program, the Nama Social Center, which offers Tamkeen program, the Afif Charitable Foundation, which offers the Siraj program, and the Seashore Group, which provides the educational financial aid program for the group.
While the second period begins on September 11 to 22, this period includes the possibility of applying for monthly aid service, exemption from transportation fees, emergency aid, payment of tuition fees financed by the university, university housing fees financed by the university, and the rewards program of the Jassim and Hamad bin Jassim Charitable Foundation.
