Qatar in air services pact with South Sudan

The agreement was signed by Mohamed Faleh al-Hajri, who is in charge of managing the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and Subek David Dada, chief executive of the South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority.
