Punjab Police has arrested two criminals for their involvement in cross-border smuggling of explosives, drugs and weapons.
Tarn Taran Police has arrested two criminals for their involvement in cross-border smuggling of explosives, drugs and weapons. Police also recovered 635 gm of heroin, two loaded pistols, two magazines, 13 live cartridges, 100 gm of opium, and 1 Lancer car from the accused's possession.
The accused, identified as Gurwinder Singh and Sandeep Singh, are close associates of Sukh Bikhariwal and Harry Chatha. As per the information, Gurwinder Singh Alias Baba/Raja is one of the key accused in the killing of Comrade Balwinder Singh Sandhu and a PO of National Investigation Agency (NIA).Further investigations are on.
