
Pune Police intensifies search for accused sharpshooter in Sidhu Moose Wala case

Pune Police has intensified their search for Santosh Jadhav, an accused sharpshooter in the Sidhu Moose Wala case.
Pune Police has intensified their investigation to trace accused sharpshooter, Santosh Jadhav in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. Three teams of the Pune rural police are tracing Jadhav.
Jadhav is currently facing four criminal cases, including the murder of a gangster. He had shifted his base to Punjab and Rajasthan. He has also received advanced weapons training.
Police arrested Jadhav's accomplice Saurav Mahakal on Wednesday. He is also an accused sharpshooter in the case and is facing five criminal cases. Both Mahakal and Jadhav had joined Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang after they shifted their base to Rajasthan.
Three teams of the Delhi, Punjab and Mumbai police are stationed at the Pune rural police headquarters to interrogate Mahakal.

Meanwhile, Pune rural police arrived in Delhi on Friday to interrogate gangster Lawrence Bishnoi who is in jail in connection with a case under the Arms Act. Police had earlier said he is the mastermind behind Sidhu Moose Wala's murder.
Two officers of the Pune rural police reached the Delhi special cell to interrogate Lawrence Bishnoi, said a senior police official at Pune rural police headquarters.
