Protesting farmers thrash BJP MLA, tear his clothes Punjab's Muktsar; Congress, SAD condemn attack

Arun Narang, BJP's legislator from Punjab Abohar, was thrashed by protesting farmers on Saturday. The protesters also threw black on him and tore his clothes. The Akali Dal and ruling Congress in Punjab have condemned the attack, saying that such incidents will weaken the farmers' movement.

The protesters were already waiting near the BJP office in the area for Arun Narang to arrive. On his arrival, the protesting farmers threw back ink at him which also stained his car.More Related News
