National Conference leader Omar Abdullah called on the Election Commission - which on Friday afternoon announced dates for Jammu and Kashmir's first Assembly election in 10 years - to take notice of concerns over the reshuffle of senior police officers and chiefs before polling.
The NC leader said there were fears "this was done to benefit the BJP".
