Preventive measures for Eid prayer

The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs represented by Mosques Management Department has announced COVID-19 preventive measures for Eid Al Fitr prayer congregation in mosques and prayer grounds.

As per the measures, the worshippers should keep wearing face masks during their presence in mosques or prayer grounds for Eid Al Fitr prayer, the Ministry has tweeted. They should carry their own prayer mats and maintain social distancing of one and a half metres between two worshippers. The worshippers are required to show green status on Ehteraz app to the representatives of the Mosques Management Department at the entrances of mosques and prayer grounds.
