President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of Ambedkar Memorial and Cultural Centre in Lucknow. President Kovind laid the foundation stone for the centre, at an event in Lok Bhawan. The Ambedkar Memorial will come up in Aishbagh.
