Prashanth's much-anticipated film, the Tamil remake of Andhadhun, was officially launched today (March 10) in Chennai. The film's launch began with a customary pooja in the presence of the cast and crew. The makers decided to launch the film with minimal crowd due to the spread of Covid-19 and also ensured that the team follows necessary safety precautions. Initially, the film was supposed to be directed by acclaimed-filmmaker Mohan Raja. However, he had to opt out of the project due to various issues. Later, the makers announced that JJ Fredrick has been roped in to helm the film. Now, it has been revealed that the producer of the film, Thiagarajan himself will direct the project as well. Thiagarajan had previously directed Prashanth in films like Aanazhagan, Shock, Ponnar Shankar and Mambattiyan. Pictures of him directing the first shot were doing rounds on the internet.More Related News
