Kriti Sanon feels there is a sense of purity in Prabhas' eyes. The actress is paired opposite Darling in Adipurush.
Kriti Sanon will be seen opposite Prabhas in the pan-India movie Adipurush, which is touted to be a gamechanger for Indian cinema. The biggie is an adaptation of the Ramayana and celebrates the "victory of good over evil". During a recent interview, Kriti said that she enjoyed working with Darling as he has some "weird purity" in his eyes. The actress revealed that she observed him in great detail during some of the shots to decode his aura. Adipurush is a mythological drama, directed by Om Raut.
Kriti Sanon, who was last seen in the commercially unsuccessful Bachchhan Paandey, plays the female lead opposite Prabhas in Adipurush. During a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, the star praised the mass hero and highlighted that he has a "sense of niceness and purity in his eyes".
"I think he is one of those people whose eyes are really expressive and very deep & there is something very pure, which I also feel is one of the reasons why he really suits the part, because he has that sense of niceness and purity in his eyes," added Kriti.
Adipurush is a mythological drama that features Prabhas in the role of Lord Ram. Kriti Sanon plays his wife Janaki in her first film opposite the Baahubali hero. Saif Ali Khan plays the antagonist Lankesh in the biggie. Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, Rajesh Nair. The movie is slated to open in theatres on January 12, 2023.
Prabhas was last seen in the romantic drama Radhe Shyam, which didn't live up to expectations at the box office. He is working on the Prashanth Neel-directed actioner Salaar, a story about a "violent man". He also has Sandeep Vanga's Spirit and Nag Ashwin's fantasy drama Project K in his kitty. Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, will be seen opposite Kartik Aaryan in Shehzada, a remake of the Tollywood blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. She is also part of Varun Dhawan's Bhediya and the Tiger Shroff-led Ganpath.
