Port Authority cops rescue Pomeranian pooch from escalator
NY Post
A dog got its paw stuck in an escalator at a New Jersey PATH stop — but the pooch was rescued by some fast-acting Port Authority cops, who even paid the pet’s cab-fare to an animal hospital, officials said Thursday.
The Pomeranian, named Scott, got its back left paw caught in the people-mover at the Journal Square stop just after 1 p.m. Wednesday, officials said. After the pup loudly yelped and his owner screamed, the officers jumped into action.More Related News
