Porn racket case: Court denies relief to Gehana Vasisth, calls charges serious 

A Mumbai Sessions Court on Tuesday denied interim protection to actress Gehana Vasisth in porn films racket case, in which businessman Raj Kundra is one of the accused, observing that allegations against her are of serious nature.

A Mumbai Sessions Court on Tuesday denied interim protection from arrest to actress Gehana Vasisth in connection with the porn films racket case involving businessman Raj Kundra. Gehana Vasisth's lawyer, Sunil Kumar, said that her police custody was not required as she had already been arrested in a similar case.
