A popular California ski resort is being sued by a man who was involved in a fatal avalanche just over a year ago.
The two friends were on an open, inbound ski run near the "Scott Chute" and "Promised Land" trails. The complaint, filed in Placer County Superior Court, says Bloom "watched as his friend Cole got caught up and overtaken."More Related News
