Biden climate czar and former Senator John Kerry, D-Mass., was essentially acting in the same role Trump Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was, except in relation to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during the Republican president's administration, Pompeo told "Hannity" on Tuesday.

Before introducing Pompeo, the host pointed to the 1971 recordings of Kerry, a Vietnam War veteran, testifying before the U.S. Senate about alleged war crimes committed by his fellow service members. Kerry at one point compared them to 13th Century Mongol emperor Genghis Khan, Hannity noted.
