-The victim's family have accused the TMC leader's son Braj Gopal Goala (21) of raping the minor.
-Braj Gopal was arrested by the police yesterday and will be produced before the court today.
-The body was cremated without an autopsy. The victim's family alleged they were under pressure from the TMC leader.
-According to the victim's father, the girl and Braj Gopal were in a love relationship.
