Police transfer racket: MHA seeks time to file reply to state govt seeking evidence given by Fadnavis

Ministry of Home Affairs has sought time to file its reply to the application filed by Maharashtra Government seeking evidence given by Devendra Fadnavis

The Home Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in New Delhi has sought time to file their reply to the application filed by Maharashtra Government which is seeking a pen drive and certain documents from them.

Maharashtra Government believes that along with certain documents, the third pen drive was given by former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to the MHA.
