Police will give an update Monday morning on last week's fire in Old Montreal that killed at least one person and left six missing.
Fire services began partially dismantling the building over the weekend, uncovering one body Sunday evening.
Firefighters initially believed only one person was missing, but later learned that several units in the building were short-term rentals, or Airbnbs, making occupants difficult to track.
City officials later confirmed that these Airbnbs were unauthorized.
This is a developing story. More to come.
