Gabriella Doherty was reported missing from her residence near 158 Street and 84 Avenue in the Fleetwood neighbourhood on Friday.
Authorities say she was last seen at approximately 8:30 a.m. Saturday near 104 Avenue and King George Boulevard in the Whalley area.
The Surrey RCMP said in a statement that Doherty's family and friends are concerned for her health and well-being.
The teen is described as a white girl with fair skin who stands 5' tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has short brown hair and blue eyes, with scars on her left arm.
Investigators say Doherty was last seen wearing grey sweat pants.
