
Police investigating homicide on Thunder Bay's north side

The death of a man in Thunder Bay, Ont., is being investigated as a homicide.
Police said officers were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of Tamarack Place, off John Street near Balmoral Street, at about 8 a.m. Friday. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further details have been provided.
Police said the Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are involved in the investigation, and a visible police presence remains in the area.
Anyone with information, or who has dash camera or surveillance camera video that may assist in the investigation, is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
