The Theni police have registered a case against a group of persons belonging to an outfit in the district and seized 11 four-wheelers and a two-wheeler and arrested 13 people on Wednesday.
Following a complaint that the group drove their vehicles in a reckless manner and dangerously, a case was registered under BNS Sections 189 (2), 126 (2), 272 and 281 by the Andipatti police station.

A press release stated that action would be taken against more persons who had indulged in violation. Further investigation was on.
