PMPML to launch e-cab services 'cheaper' than Ola, Uber in Pune

The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) is planning to launch e-cab services for passengers for a certain distance in Pune city.

As per the media reports, the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) is planning to launch e-cab services for passengers for a certain distance in Pune city and Pimpri-Chinchwad, soon.

According to the report published by Punekar News, around 100 to 200 cars will enter the PMPML fleet in the first phase. It will be cheaper than any company’s cabs and rickshaws, the PMPML has claimed.
