Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US First Lady Jill Biden will visit the National Science Foundation today where they would interact with Indian and American students, the White House has said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the US from June 21-24 at the invitation of US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden. He will celebrate the International Day of Yoga at the United Nations Headquarters with the UN leadership and members of the international community.
The visit also includes an address by the Prime Minister to the joint session of the US Congress on June 22.
A visit to the National Science Foundation in Alexandria, Virginia is likely to be the first public engagement of the prime minister, which would be hosted by the First Lady, the White House said on Tuesday.
