Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to inaugurate an International Cooperation and Convention Centre's (VCC), 'Rudraksh', in Varanasi on Thursday. The convention centre aims to offer a glimpse of the cultural richness of the ancient city of Kashi. According to a press statement by the PMO, PM Modi will arrive in Varanasi around 12.15 pm on Thursday and spend five hours in his parliamentary constituency.
