Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday spoke to US Vice President Kamala Harris over Covid-19 vaccine supplies to India and thanked her for the 'support and solidarity from US government and Indian diaspora'. We also discussed ongoing efforts to further strengthen India-US vaccine cooperation, and the potential of our partnership to contribute to post-Covid global health and economic recovery. Taking to Twitter, PM Modi said, "Spoke to Kamala Harris a short while ago. I deeply appreciate the assurance of vaccine supplies to India as part of the US Strategy for Global Vaccine Sharing. I also thanked her for all the support and solidarity from the US government, businesses and Indian diaspora." The prime minister also discussed the ongoing efforts to further strengthen India-US vaccine cooperation, besides talking about the potential of partnership between both the countries to contribute to post-Covid global health and economic recovery.More Related News
