PM Modi landed in Berlin on Monday as part of his three-nation European tour. He was extended a warm welcome by a jubilant Indian diaspora in Berlin.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Berlin on Monday, May 2, a part of his three-nation European tour. He is scheduled to visit Denmark and then France. The focus of the visit is to boost ties in the areas of trade, energy and green technology.

Taking to Twitter, PM Modi shared photos of the welcome extended to him. He wrote: "It was early morning in Berlin yet several people from the Indian community came by. Was wonderful connecting with them. India is proud of the accomplishments of our diaspora."

On his agenda for today, PM Modi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will co-chair the India-Germany inter-governmental consultations (IGC) in Berlin at 7 pm IST.
PM Modi and Scholz are slated to interact with top CEOs of both countries in a roundtable meet at 8 pm. He is scheduled to interact with the Indian diaspora later in the day.
