
PM Modi chairs meet on security implications of drones in aftermath of Jammu attack

Days after drones were reportedly used to attack an IAF base in Jammu, PM Modi chaired a meet to review India's drone policy and the security implications of civilian use of drones.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meet of Cabinet ministers to review India's drone policy on Tuesday, said sources. The meeting was set up in the aftermath of a suspected drone attack at the Indian Air Force's technical airport in Jammu earlier this month. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah and Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri were part of the meeting chaired by PM Modi.More Related News
