Plant trees, win rewards: UP govt launches contest to target plantation of 30 crore saplings

The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a contest for all districts in order to achieve its target of plantation of 30 crore saplings by July 7.

The Uttar Pradesh government is all set to create a new record by planting 30 crore saplings in the state on the occasion of Van Mahotsav. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold a plantation programme on Sunday to initiate plantation of 25 crore samplings in a single day.
