Plane goes down near Rankin Inlet airport, all believed 'safe'

A Kudlik Aviation flight went down near Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, Tuesday morning.
The plane appeared to be travelling from nearby Chesterfield Inlet when it went down about five miles short of the runway, according to the flight-tracking website Flight Aware.
Two pilots and a passenger are all "safe," according to Jean Labrecque, the company's operations manager.
A spokesperson from the Transportation Safety Board said they were still gathering information on the incident.
