Union Minister Piyush Goyal will inaugurate the India Pavilion at the Dubai Expo that will display the emergence of a 'New India' to the world.
The India Pavilion at the Expo 2020 Dubai will be inaugurated by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal on Friday at 6 PM Dubai time (4:30 PM IST). The India Pavilion at the Dubai Expo, which will be one of the largest pavilions of the event, will display the emergence of a 'New India' to the world.
The Expo 2020 Dubai is also coinciding with India's 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations in the country's 75th year of independence. The India Pavilion will feature an innovative kinetic façade made up of 600 individual colourful blocks. It is developed as a mosaic of rotating panels that will depict different themes as they rotate on their axis.
