Danish Siddiqui will be laid to rest at the Jamia Millia Islamia graveyard in New Delhi. A death certificate issued by Afghan authorities revealed that multiple gunshot wounds caused the award-winning Indian photojournalist's death.
Indian photojournalist Danish Siddiqui, who was killed in clashes that broke out in Afghanistan’s Kandahar, will be laid to rest at the Jamia Millia Islamia graveyard in New Delhi, according to a statement by the university on Sunday. @jmiu_official VC Prof. Najma Akhtar & other officials of the university today visited photojournalist Danish Siddiqui’s home to offer condolences.
