The state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) hiked the prices of petrol and diesel for the third day in a row across the country on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Petrol and diesel prices were increased by 35 paise per litre each today, according to a price notification of state-owned fuel retailers.

In the national capital, petrol is retailing at Rs 105.49 per litre, rising to its highest-ever level. The rate of diesel in Delhi has crossed the Rs 94 mark and costs Rs 94.22 per litre.
