Former President Donald Trump's White House trade adviser, Peter Navarro, filed an emergency request with the Supreme Court for his removal from federal prison.

"Dr. Navarro is indisputably neither a flight risk nor a danger to public safety should he be release [sic] pending appeal," the filing to the Supreme Court said. She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
