Morinville RCMP responded to the crash in the area of Highway 44 near Township Road 571.
STARS flew one person to hospital with serious injuries, RCMP told CTV News Edmonton.
The truck was carrying lumber, Sturgeon County said.
CN will investigate the crash, RCMP added.
