People of Delhi can choose between chaos and stability this February: Congress
The Hindu
Delhi faces choice between chaos or stability for next 5 years, Congress claims, promising development and relief from inflation.
People of Delhi will get to choose whether they want “chaos and confrontation” or a stable government for the next five years, the Congress said on Tuesday.
“On 5th February, Delhi will get to make a decision on whether it wishes to see 5 more years of chaos and confrontation between the State and Centre, or a stable government that works solely for the people,” Congress general secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal said, referring to the frequent confrontations between the Aam Admi Party (AAP) government in Delhi and the BJP-led government at the Centre.
Both the Congress and the AAP are members of the Opposition INDIA bloc.

In a post on X, Congress general secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal spoke about how Delhi had “transformed into a modern city, responding to the needs of the 21st century” under the Congress.
“Be it the world-class metro or the massive infrastructure that brought connectivity, Delhi had its golden period under Congress rule. The present regime, be it the Centre or the State, has failed to address the basic concerns of the people — with pollution, crime, poor infrastructure and urban decay becoming the norm,” he said.
With a people-friendly vision and a proven track record, the Congress can bring Delhi back to the path of development and improve the standard of living, he asserted.
