Satyapal Malik could purportedly be heard saying in a video that former Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti was a beneficiary of the now-scrapped Roshni Act.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has served a legal notice on former Jammu & Kashmir Governor Satypal Malik for his “defamatory comments” against the party’s President Mehbooba Mufti. Malik, who is the governor of Meghalaya at present, could purportedly be heard saying in a widely circulated video that former Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah were beneficiaries of the now-scrapped Roshni Act.
