PBKS vs LSG, IPL 2022: In-form Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul fell for 6 as early as the 3rd over of the match, edging a Kagiso Rabada delivery to the wicketkeeper in Pune on Friday.
It was not to be KL Rahul against his former franchise as the Lucknow Super Giants captain suffered a rare failure in IPL 2022. The star India opener fell for 6 as early as the 3rd over against Punjab Kings at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Friday, April 29.
KL Rahul looked patchy against Arshdeep Singh in the first over. The young left-arm pacer troubled the Lucknow captain with his ability to take the ball both ways. Rahul got going with a lovely cover drive against Kagiso Rabada but the South African pacer pulled his length back a little to induce an edge that was safely pouched by wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma.
