Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma shared a tweet about a Zoom call that he attended. The duration of the call was as long as a typical workday of an employee. The CEO, himself, was surprised that the call went on for so long.
The coronavirus pandemic has led to most offices functioning virtually since last year. Conference room meetings have been replaced with Zoom calls from homes. The technical challenges are plenty during this ‘Work From Home’ time and the meetings can be long and exhausting. One such long Zoom meeting a staggering 7 hour 45 minutes was attended by Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma. Just finished my probably, the longest Zoom call.7 hours 45 mins. Sorry Sir, broke your record yesterday itself with 10 hour on call. But I'm not a CEO like you so it won't be counted pic.twitter.com/dwJBiI2CEY With whom ? Still you didn't break my record. I used to talk to my gf 10 hours continuously. Ok. Worried about the person who need to take meeting notes and share today by end of the day Sharmaji ke bete ho.... Itna tho kar hi sakte ho Sir aap zoom ko hi khareed lijiye, paise bahut bach jayenge If the call lasts longer than 15 minutes, you are doing something wrong. Not to be proud of - I hope it was well organised and you would have saved few hours at least. #Whatnottodo #Online https://t.co/WfEktYhg4V Is it Productive enough worth 7 hrs 45 min ?? Isn't that being too inefficient?
