Patna’s ‘Graduate Chai Wali’ gets her stall back after Dy CM Tejashwi Yadav’s help

A day after Graduate Chai Wali, Priyanka Gupta, reached out to Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav and former CM Lalu Yadav, and other leaders following civic body action, her stall was restored.
A day after Graduate Chaiwali, Priyanka Gupta, reached out to Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav and RJD chief CM Lalu Yadav and other leaders seeking help following the Patna civic body's action on her stall, her tea stall was restored.
Priyanka Gupta said Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav had asked her to write a letter addressed to him, adding that the Deputy Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation had also assured her of restoring her stall.

She said she had also taken a license for the stall.
Yesterday, a video of Gupta pleading with the civic body officials went viral. The civic body was ready to raze her stall on Boring Road.
Patna Municipal Corporation had seized Priyanka Gupta's stall as part of an anti-encroachment campaign following which Gupta reached out to several politicians seeking help.
Besides Tejaswi, Gupta met RJD chief Lalu Yadav at his residence. Priyanka Gupta, while talking to our associate channel Bihar Tak, said she requested the officials to give her some time so that she could deposit money and take her shop back, but still her stall was removed.
