Ryanair's reply to a passenger's tweet has gone viral. The passenger had complained about not getting a window seat.
Most of us have experienced the problematic system when it comes to choosing a favourable seat during a flight. The best seats always come with a hefty extra charge. But just imagine a scenario where you paid the extra amount for a cozy window seat and were allotted a seat that simply didn’t have a window! Infuriating, right?
Something similar happened to a passenger travelling on a budget airline service in Europe named Ryanair. Taking to Twitter, the passenger who goes by the name Martaverse, tweeted a picture of the seat she got on the flight. The seat simply didn’t have any windows.
The official Twitter handle of Ryanair replied to the tweet which has now angered netizens.

The airlines’ reply received several irate comments. People pointed out how Ryanair was trying to cover up their poor customer service by making a joke. Many also shared their experiences of getting bad seats even after paying an extra fee. Others simply called out the airline for ripping off passengers and not delivering what they promised.
Imagine thinking this was funny. They've taken someone's money and mugged them off then think they can try to make this socially acceptable by getting people to think it's funny on Twitter.
