Several areas in Chennai will face a power cut for five hours due to maintenance work. Check the details here.

The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) has announced that power supply will be suspended for five hours in several areas of Chennai and its suburbs between 9 AM and 2 PM on Friday, December 17, 2021, due to maintenance work.

According to the official release, electricity or power supply is expected to be restored before 2 PM if the maintenance work is completed at a faster pace.
