
Parkland victim's dad slams VP Kamala Harris' 'photo op' visit to 'push an agenda': 'Slap in the face'

The father of one of the victims in the Parkland, Florida school shooting spoke out against Vice President Harris' visit to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

"What's frustrating to me is that this building should have been demolished years ago, and it's now being used as a photo op for politicians that want to push an agenda," Petty said. "But politicians, quite frankly, don't understand what it takes to protect our nation's schools. They don't understand the causes of the Parkland tragedy." She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
